Before opening an account with Community First Co-operative Credit Union, members are required to provide specific documentation based on the type of account.
All accounts also require an Opening Deposit and scheduling an appointment at either branch to complete the application process.
Minor Accounts (0 - 17 years)
Child's Documents
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Passport (if available)
- Child's Student ID (if applicable)
Parent's Documents
- Job letter/ Business Registration Certificate from Intellectual Property
- Passport and one other Valid Photo ID or Birth Certificate (Antiguans & Barbudans and Caricom Citizens) and Two other Valid Photo ID's
- Proof of address in your name and not more than 6 months old
- A letter stating you're the child's parent, they live with you, and you support them financially

Required Documents
- Passport and one other Valid Photo ID or Birth Certificate (Antiguans & Barbudans and Caricom Citizens) and Two other Valid Photo ID's
- A Job letter/ Business Registration Certificate from Intellectual Property / Pension Letter (If retired)
- Social Security Card
- Proof of address in your name and not more than 6 months old

Business Accounts
Required Documents
- Business Registration Certificate from Intellectual Property (Unincorporated Business) or Certificate of incorporation and Articles of incorporation and Resolution (Incorporated Business)
- Passport and one other Valid Photo ID or Birth Certificate (Antiguans & Barbudans and Caricom Citizens) and two other Valid Photo ID's from each signatory on the account
- Proof of address in your name and not more than 6 months old (from each signatory)

Groups/Clubs
Required Documents
- Letter requesting permission to open the account, details about the group (purpose, how funds are raised, etc.), and list of all signatories
- Passport and one Valid Photo ID or Birth Certificate and Two other Valid Photo ID's (Antiguans & Barbudans and Caricom Citizens) from each signatory on the account
- Job letter and proof of address for each signatory
- Registered groups also need to provide registration documents
